All orders placed before 3PM UK time will arrive with you the next day unless the order was placed on a Saturday or a bank holiday. Orders placed after 3PM UK time will be shipped the next business day.

We ship using Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the service selected and destination.

Tracking will be provided to the customer once dispatched, please check your junk mail before asking for your tracking number.

We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing due to the incorrect address provided by the customer or any missed deliveries that haven't been collected.
